There are dozens of hotels with signs for rooms $3-10 usd per hour. Small Red-light district is located one block north of the Costera and one block west of Parque Papagoya. You might find one or two gems here but for the most part, the girls are all quite skanky and all bearing C-section scars. They charge 1,500 pesos to take to the back room.
