There are even brothels that cater to the elite where the women are predominantly Russian and European. Gazcue, the neighborhood near the colonial zone, has many of these 'massage parlors.' Well now the government has announced a crackdown. Saying they will be arresting anyone who goes to these establishments. As you can imagine, it has caused quite a stir.
