RedLights 235 Posted March 6, 2014 Starting on the east-side of the B'ham area, theres a road off of Highway 75 heading toward Oneonta right past the Blount County line called Old Highway 75, it is just a road that goes in and about a mile down the road comes back out, well that's an area that African Americans live and its a well known crack neighbourhood, and street hookers frequent there sometimes, but sometimes it is very quiet.
