strip club 53 Posted April 17, 2014 Prostitution is illegal in Lithuania but remained a problem. The penalty is a fine of 300 to 500 litas (approximately $124 to $207) for a single offense and up to 1,000 litas ($415) for repeat offenses. In the first eight months of the year, police charged 72 women with administrative violations for prostitution… Penalty fine is quite high if you compare it to the average monthly salary in Lithuania, which is $943 a month.
