You can get a massage with happy ending at the Cititel Hotel in Georgetown. But most of the women there are old older Chinese ladies. Many big hotels in Penang have a massage place / sauna / "Health Centre" attached where extras are usually available. Not sex always, but hand-job is very common. In Leith Street (Lebuh Leith) which is off Chulia Street in Georgetown, there´s a "Health Centre" in the Cathay Hotel and the Waldorf Hotel which is next door.You can find few Chinese cuties inside, but they do not speak English, and the servicing can be lousy. About 200RM for "one shot". Sometimes these girls want an extra 100 RM for a blow job. If you really want to find sex in Penang, find a taxi driver and ask him to take you to a girl or brothel. You could end up anywhere so be careful. Cost is usually 300RM for sex. There is another small street off Chulia going the other direction from the Cathay that has some whore house "hotels" that provide prostitutes. Mostly Chinese hookers.
