Getsemani area has plenty of short time hotels and street walkers at night time. Streetwalkers are asking 20-30,000 ($10-15). Some people will feel very scared in this area and some people say no gringos should be on back streets after dark. Most of Centro area is safe, but Getsemani are is definitely not.
